This 8,000sq.ft development was split into 4 individual industrial units, with associated access works and new car parking areas. Public Highway Section 278 works were required and several scope changes were agreed during the construction phase and successfully incorporated into the programme.
Logistical considerations had to be taken into account and overcome due to the close proximity to a railway line. The project was completed on time and within budget.
