This project involved a complete refit of an existing Pharmacy within a busy shopping centre.

The client brief was to carry out the full refit without losing any operation of the pharmacy and to maintain the current opening times without any disruption to trade. The scope of works were:

The programme was achieved by utilising two Bank Holiday weekends. The first one was used to create a temporary pharmacy using solid hoarding segregation to facilitate the main works without trading disruption. The main works were then completed working split shifts to minimise the programme duration and hit the second critical Bank Holiday. The required works to the temporary pharmacy area were then completed out of hours whilst the store was closed.

The second Bank Holiday was then used to remove the temporary hoarding and complete the final works. This was achieved through 24 hour working and the programme was completed on time
