• Client: Co-op
  • Location: Kirton in Lindsey
  • Project: Conversion, new build and fit out of convenience store
  • Value: £925k
  • Duration: 11 weeks
  • Description:

The project required part demolition of the existing building (a derelict pub), a new build extension, and fit out of the Coop store, which is now fully operational and trading. The project was within a residential area therefore considered and careful community interaction was crucial. The project was completed in 20 weeks.

The project was driven by a lot of planning and constant communication with the surrounding residents, to ensure the noise and inconvenience was minimised during the build.
