This challenging project was centred around the conversion of a historic bank building into a trading Co-op. The project included a significant extension, which required extensive propping of the existing building. In order to maintain the character of the existing building, and adhere to strict planning conditions, careful restoration of the existing structure was also undertaken.

Due to the sensitivity of the project, we engaged with the local community to provide them with information about the project and address their concerns.
