• Client: Asda
  • Location: Livingston
  • Project: Store Refresh
  • Value: £4.5m
  • Duration: 16 weeks
  • Description:

Another of the many projects we have delivered under the ongoing ‘Store Refresh’ programme for Asda.

The store in Livingston was extensively refurbished, internally and externally, which has given it a completely new look and feel.

The project was carried out in a live environment, whilst trading, to minimise disruption to shoppers. This included the relocation and removal of fixtures to relay the majority of the store, including the reduction of existing merchandising fixtures when installing the new Café Kitchen and the reduction of shop floor space to create more warehousing.

The team worked incredibly hard to meet the deadline that was brought forward by two weeks at short notice.
